1. analyze the top gainer and top looser

2. select stock with volume more then average volume

3. check the sector of the stock whether it is in direction of stock or not?

4. if the stock and sector both are in unidirectional then go for the particular stocks and according to trend check for support and resistance of the stock and index of stock.

Ex. Tata motors belong to NIFTY AUTO sector then check the nifty auto and TATAMOTORS BOTH for the trend and also see whether they are moving in similar direction to each other.

5. buy above the resistance and sell below the support area upon confirmation.

6. maintain the risk reward of at least 1:1/1:2 to get good winning probability.
